ORDERING   

When you place an order, we need your name, email address,
mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date.
This allows us to process and fulfill your order as well as to notify
you of your order status. Your credit card information will remain
confidential.


SHIPPING RATE  

Our Default shipping system is United States Postal Service. Up to
13oz. packages shipped First Class. Items over 13 ounces are sent
via Priority shipping or UPS Ground. Only in continental USA.  

Please allow 1-7 days to process your order and then additional
time for shipping.  Most orders will ship the next day.

You should receive your order within a week via USPS First Class
Mail (up to 13 oz. packages) or Priority Mail if you live in Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

CANCELING AN ORDER

To cancel an order after it is placed please call us at 972-767-7654 or
email us at admin@vacuumvacuum.com with your order number and
we will remove the order from our system if it has not been shipped.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

IMPORTANT:
 WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

Any unopened package, any uninstalled non-electrical part such as
roller brushes, attachments like dust brush, crevice tool etc,
unopened bags, unopened and uninstalled belts, uninstalled tool
lids, plastic housing or body parts, cord hooks etc. If you have
ordered one of these by mistake simply return it, within 30 days to

Please note: Absolutely no returns on vacuum cleaners, electrical
parts, such as switches, pumps, motors, etc.

Shipping charges are (naturally) non- refundable.

Upon inspection of a returned part we will issue a refund in 2 days.

Opened merchandise cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns if you no longer need a part.

We also do not accept returns on installed roller brushes and belts.

Absolutely no returns on vacuum cleaners, electrical parts, such as
switches, pumps, motors, etc.

Important Disclaimer: Please note that all the motors, pumps and
electrical components (switches, electrical hoses, relays, circuit
boards etc) we ship are factory brand new parts. Therefore we do
not accept return on these items. If you encounter a problem you
should contact manufacturers warranty service centers...

WHAT IF WE SHIPPED THE WRONG PART ?

Please note that we spent our utmost and diligent efforts to make
our descriptions clear, precise and understandable. We also carefully
package and ship every item directly from our warehouse. However,
if the return is made because of an error we made we will
immediately exchange it or we will give you 100% refund if
requested.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be
returned.  Please see our return policy for instructions on how to
return an item or order.

REFUSED ORDERS
Any orders refused and returned to us are subject to restocking fee
plus twice the amount of shipping cost.
